We work hard to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, and it is unfortunate to hear that your experience did not align with our values. Leaders and managers that encourage and support our employees are key to keeping our Moog culture strong. To encourage openness and transparency, Moog has always operated with an Open Door Policy.
