      Good culture and flexibility, but weak and short-vision management limits the growth

      Good culture similar to sclilon valley companies. No micro management, flexible working tyle. WLB is good

      Cons

      Management a bit week. Both business and technical strategies is mediocre and execution capacity form leadership is week. Management only knows re-structure teams. If you wanna grow yourself, not recommended

      Fantasitc coworkers, but management egos bring everyone down.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
