      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.

      Pros

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Pros

      Remote work Rotational Co-Op program (work with multiple teams in a short time) Open culture. Can reachout to anyone in Slack. Co-Ops are assigned a mentor, a buddy, and a manager and provided with good support.

      Cons

      The company was not performing well and went through major layoffs in 2023 and 2024.
