Hello, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. It sounds like your experience did not align with our value of Together We’re Better. We strive to provide a positive employee and client experience which may mean extended hours on certain projects, but we also provide employees the flexibility they need when possible. Our flexible work arrangement process has helped many employees meet their personal needs. Like so many other organizations, we have had to adjust during an unprecedented year, hours have had to vary and in some cases additional hours have been necessary to provide a great client experience. Our mission is to positively impact lives by improving the 8 to 5 and all employees are critical to carrying out this goal. I wish you much success in your next endeavor. Sincerely, Rachel Crouchet, Vice President of Employee Experience

Pros

Love my coworkers and fun place to work most of the time.

Cons

No raises, no paid maternity leave, 401K match is a joke, HR works remote and is not easily accessible, advancement is almost impossible, hard work goes unnoticed. Most days I feel over worked but under appreciated and under paid. The company promises growth and raises but then doesn't deliver. Feels like the company is pushing their hard working employees out the door because there are better opportunities elsewhere especially in Austin's job market.

Pros

Great Coworkers Great training on the Furniture side - unfortunately NONE on the Flooring side Stan Burnting is a stellar stand up person. Cared about his employees, knew us by name (150+ employees) great community leader.

Cons

No training on the flooring side, no leadership, bad management. Management really cared before the merger with Rockford. Horrible labor issues in the field leading to poor customer service
