Less opportunity for exploring skills. If you are a relative of any of top management then only you will get better salary. Giving least salary appraisal that to you can expect 200 rs to 500 rs. No pay-scale based on the role, the testers are getting nice package then developers. if you want 30% hike you have to sign contract for 1 year. No career growth. then will not provide bounce on time.
