      Company is at the starting phase, but the growth and potential of the organization is huge and is a part of renowned MNC. All these makes the company good habitat for competitive and intelligent mindsets in the industry.

      Pros

      This is the best IT company in entire South India. The CEO is also greatest in South India. We are happy that we can work in this company even though the pay is not that much. If we meet the CEO and request directly, we even get work from home option.

      Cons

      Most of the decisions are now taken by Directors from Hong Kong office. Not sure why the directors in India are not involved.
