Deco Automotive is not in an environment of growth and development. It remains a revolving door and a dead end for many roles. If you are a salary member at this company in any role. It would be in your interested to not remain at this company beyond 3 years. It seems management oversees staff with this mentality in mind. Poor trainings, largely designed to "show face" to Magna corporate and their trainings. Magna is a good company, division like Deco Automotive, not so much.

Not a stable company to work in Anytime they can fire you, even if you are permanent fired 100 people cuz their project did not work out

Here is just few people with better workmanship. Problem achieve correct solution in technical things. Management rely on escalating no on finding solution. Industry 4.0 and electronic management system implementation is not good or is on low level.
