I’ve appreciated the autonomy given to engineers, as well as the focus on innovation and learning. It’s refreshing to be part of a team where ideas are welcomed and fast iteration is encouraged. Plus, the flexibility and respect for work-life balance make it a sustainable and enjoyable place to work.

Things move quickly and priorities can shift, which is exciting but may not be for everyone. Growing quickly comes with occasional ambiguity, but leadership has been proactive in addressing this.
