      Pros

      - Lot's of challenges - INCREDIBLE mission that everyone is really passionate about. Truly enjoy having so many ex teachers around who really understand the POV of the user - Tech team culture is fantastic. Product/Design/Eng truly function as a single team and are really very aligned. Very low ego and team first atmosphere

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, which means things move at a fast pace and often there is some lack of clarity or chaos. If this isn't an atmosphere you enjoy/thrive in, it might not be a great fit right now. I think the fact that the tech leadership team is made up of some really smart and genuinely decent humans makes this less of a negative

      Pros

      Decent pay, solid group of employees with a high percentage coming directly from K12.

      Cons

      Lack of systems and when one is built little enablement. Goals and work load change nearly weekly if not daily. Since many come from K12 there is a more comfort with using brute force and accepting the current pay/equity, rather than developing systems or paying employees closer to the valuation of the company. Though they are early stage, there is little opportunity for cross team collaboration and the org is pretty hierarchical.
