35% positive business outlook
Pros
Great company to work at with managers that support career growth and advancement. Great work/life balance.
Cons
As there are multiple locations, HR is only located in one office.
Pros
I've been working at MORI over 4 years now and really enjoy working here. There is great emphasis on taking time for yourself and long/extra work hours are NOT expected. The people are nice to work with and "forgiving" when I make a mistake so long as I own up to it...overall a very good work culture and work environment!
Cons
Only average yearly raises - but 3-4% a year is not bad...
Pros
Work and life balance is great
Cons
Not any I can think of
Pros
You have the opportunity to support amazing customers at NASA.
Cons
If you have family obligations this is not the place for you. Management has no concern for your family, health or work/life balance. They expect you to put your job first, always. Even if you are their top performer, if something personal happens that requires you to miss work they expect you to give your family the minimum attention possible and that the job should be the priority. This is the "Commercial Outreach Multimedia & IT Contract". You are not saving lives. If you want a family and a career I highly recommend looking elsewhere. In addition, as is typical with most government small business contracts, the pay scale is low and not worth the sacrifices expected. The bottom line is the most important driver and cuts will be made both to personal and systems in order to perceived by the government as low cost. There is no value placed on human capital nor how this company can build a better workforce. Their focus is very short term as they only have a couple of years left on the contract and will most likely not win the rebid. Even if they did, this mindset will not change. It simply is not conducive to their "re-bid" strategy.
Pros
Nothing, really deserves no stars.
Cons
Bullying, all about the money, leadership doesn't lead and plays the blame game. Salary is low unless your family. Lack of trust from management. No work life balance, negative environment.

Benefit Costs are high compared to previous companies that I have been employed at
