Amazing health insurance PTO Flexibilty

Cons

Pay is very slow once you are within the system. They typically will give you 3-4% raises. If you get promoted you will get 15% tops. Dental insurance Its hard to grow within the system. You usually have to move around departments

Cons

Pay and incentive structures aren't great. Things move slowly until suddenly they do not. Takes forever to replace staff when people leave.
