Because it's a large organization, positions are laser focused so it's not a great place to be if you want to be challenged.

Too many chances given to poor employees that are never let go after given many opportunities to improve. Could do a much better job at listening to their employees and implementing positive change.

I have worked at ICT department of MDANDERSON, its very overwhelming stressful and badly managed , if you are good you will be given more work and there is no life work balance. Few Manager are very rude, mean and verbally abusive taking a mental troll on you. People have to quit job even without another job being lined up. Most doctors force you to enroll in the study despite of no known benefits of the study drug it’s all about money chasing from poor cancer patients , very unethical and highly unfulfilled job

They are very strict on the requirements you need to move up in positions/salary.

Work life balance can be affected due to industry standards

Hard to internally climb due to longstanding

not much, awesome place to work

Poor work life balance, but depends on the department you are in
