Commission schemes are good. But you won't reach target.
Cons
People don't leave a bad company, people leave bad management. Micro managing for the smallest irrelevant matter. Somehow always manages to hire incompetent people for high positions.

Miserable management of employees No room to propose new ideas as just 2 people have the final word ZERO internal communication Work without knowing your timetable (even weekends) Chaotic way of work
