Cons

Use old school technology, old school thought processes, product managers have zero new thinking and IT makes crappy products. Days are numbered for this company with new competition coming up.

The supervisor from Finance team lacks essential respect towards employees. A quantity oriented but not quality oriented working style. I do collections and got complaints from customers everyday, they don't want to analysis the reasons for that and let me to take the full responsibility. Very bad experience. Don't recommend people to work in Finance team. They employ people to work extra hours in their probation period and terminate the contract before the end of the probationary period.

Cons

Everybody is in each other’s business and the workplace is highly toxic. Co-workers enjoy bringing each other down and create drama on a regular basis.
