An interview is a procedure designed to obtain information from a person through oral responses to oral inquiries. An interview is a face-to-face conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee, where the interviewer seeks replies from the interviewee for choosing a potential human resource.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. What's your greatest achievement?
2. What are you proud of
3. What are your weaknesses
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Loadlink Technologies (Mississauga, ON) in Jul 2020
Interview
* Get ready to be insulted by the panel of old school interviewers. (Could call it 'Viva' instead.)
* To the point interview (No ice breakers, No introduction).
* No acknowledgement for the questions answered.
* Be prepared for theoretical questions. (Usually asked when candidate has no industry experience; but should not be asked when the candidate has already worked many projects)
* No programming related questions asked
* Did not ask about previous work experience and the achievements
Long story short, interview could have been better if it was taken as a discussion of qualifications but it felt more like a oral examination.
PS: Try not to get demotivated if they make you feel stupid and dumb.
I will definitely turn down the offer, if presented.
