Fellow employees friendly and helpful Most of the first level managers are helpful
Cons
Company policies are inconsistent and poorly devised The AT WILL policy is an excuse to fire you for any reason. Insurance options are high priced and company benefitting plans that do not benefit employee.

My direct supervisor was amazing. Always willing to teach and allowed me to give feedback about how we could streamline processes and make things better.
Cons
Negative atmosphere because of very negative people within the company. Upper management turned their head to complaints from numerous employees about certain people causing issues within the company and Supervisors did not take action or complaints seriously. Profanity from supervisors towards their employees was a constant.
