      Pros

      My direct supervisor was amazing. Always willing to teach and allowed me to give feedback about how we could streamline processes and make things better.

      Cons

      Negative atmosphere because of very negative people within the company. Upper management turned their head to complaints from numerous employees about certain people causing issues within the company and Supervisors did not take action or complaints seriously. Profanity from supervisors towards their employees was a constant.

      Hybrid telework if youre in the in crowd.

      Cons

      They don’t trust the professionals they hire. The leader talks about the employees unprofessionally. They can’t keep a consistent staff because they don’t have consistent structure within the business.
