      garbage company, poor teammates, management and benefits, the worst experience in my career

      I can hardly find any pros, I hate this company and its staff so much

      Cons

      Too many cons: 1. poor management, too many old seafoods, bad teammates. DON'T expect you can learn from senior staff. They usually ask you to do it yourself, no clear instruction and requirement, lack of communication. They don't treate junior staff friendly. 2. no OT allowance 3. project sites are usually far away 4. no 1 month bonus, usually just equivalent to 70% of your 1 month salary 5. need sick leave certificate even though you take half day sick leave

      HR without integrity, no salary review&bonus over 16 months

      Only thing you can get here is pain

      NO bonus & appraisal & salary review over 16 months!!!!!! HR lied to at least 1 month bonus before entry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor treatment of junior employee, every technical level employee are directly under PM, and the junior employee can rent to other PM. The company will try to limit every junior employee's salary to help project run.

      the only good thing is salary is always on time after integration into Lenovo.

      1. The worst HR in my entire working life. 2. No accountability at all. 3. everything with regards to employees, it is not their problem. 4. no employee engagement activities at all 5. no proper onboarding for new employees 6. not listening to the voice of employees
