Pros

Provides decent coffee machine and free coffee with coffeemate, not fresh milk.

Cons

Frequently change of management members and business is experiencing down sizing at the moment, causing instability and job security issue. Office will be relocated to Cyber port, a place with additional travel time and expenses for employees. Bonus never paid in full. A few senior management members like to refer their friends and relatives in, but usually under performers.

Pros

Good pay increment for mid/senior role. Decent insurance claim.

Cons

In my view, the number of projects may be excessive. While certain projects are well-managed, those experiencing high turnover often encounter difficulties that appear to be driven by a combination of client-related challenges and management issues.
