My job is remote working but there is great communication within the team and the company to make you feel included. On your induction you have a remote coffee morning with all of the directors who are very approachable.

As a new employee at LMP Education, I felt welcomed and supported right from the start. The onboarding process was thorough, and the team went out of their way to ensure I had the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. The company culture is incredibly positive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and celebrating achievements.

Working at LMP has been an incredibly positive experience for me. I have found that the opportunities for progression are excellent, with a clear path for advancement and plenty of support along the way. This has given me the motivation and confidence to push myself and strive for excellence in my work. The team spirit here is truly exceptional. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and supportive, which creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that makes it easy to collaborate and work effectively with others. I have really appreciated the chance to get to know my colleagues and build strong relationships with them. One of the standout features of this workplace is the away days. These are fantastic opportunities to get away from the office and engage in team-building activities that are both fun and challenging. I have found that these events are a great way to bond with colleagues and get to know them better outside of work. Speaking of colleagues, the people here are truly amazing. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by such talented, creative, and motivated individuals who are always willing to lend a hand or share their expertise. I have learned so much from my colleagues and feel inspired by their dedication and passion for what they do. Finally, I have to say that the work itself is never boring. There is always a new challenge to tackle, a new project to work on, or a new problem to solve. This keeps me engaged and motivated, and I feel like I am constantly growing and developing as a professional. I’ve had such a great experience in my first few months here. The team is genuinely supportive, and everyone wants to see each other do well. I felt really welcomed from day one, and there’s a strong focus on making a difference for learners, which gives real purpose to the role. It’s also nice to work somewhere where your ideas are listened to and you’re trusted to get on with things. There's been lots of opportunity to take ownership early on, which I really value.
