      Pros

      My job is remote working but there is great communication within the team and the company to make you feel included. On your induction you have a remote coffee morning with all of the directors who are very approachable.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
