Pros
The culture and community at the company is great. In the past few years the company has really made efforts to improve many aspects including a sense of community, opportunities to grow within the company, gain additional training and an increase in responsibilities to those who want to grow and expand their skill set. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Overall this is a wonderful and comfortable place to work.
Cons
Many positions are now remote which overall is a pro to those who want to work remotely. Though because of this there is less opportunity to see team members in person which could help to build a better rapport.
