The culture and community at the company is great. In the past few years the company has really made efforts to improve many aspects including a sense of community, opportunities to grow within the company, gain additional training and an increase in responsibilities to those who want to grow and expand their skill set. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Overall this is a wonderful and comfortable place to work.

Many positions are now remote which overall is a pro to those who want to work remotely. Though because of this there is less opportunity to see team members in person which could help to build a better rapport.

A small but growing company in southern MA. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and management strives to be flexible with/good to the employees. The company consists of four departments, research, sales, web development and IT. I can only speak from direct experience with working in research but I am friendly with members of all departments and overall the job satisfaction seems really high across the board with good management and competitive pay. I would recommend this place to everyone. It can be a great starting point for recent graduates looking to get into financial research, or a more relaxed place to work for IT/web developers. I have been working for this company for 8 years and have yet to see someone depart due to problems with management/disliking the company. Great place to work.
