There are no pros and thats why this company is still where it was 25years ago….

Dont beleive in most of the 5 ratings it is all hoax and mostly done by their useless Talent acquisition team… They give salary rise in the name of retention bonuses… Stop bluffing receuits 1. There are no variable pays 2. There are salary hikes paid to resources only after 6months and completion of appraisal cycle 3. Recruits are asked cough out lakhs and lakhs if they good opportunities outside your organization… in the name of service agreements..
