They just provide on time salary... every 1st date of month..
Cons
Very less salary bar as compared to other companies, No bonus, no other allowances, not even on Diwali festival.. No overtime, even working 12-12 hour shifts... only fix 1500rs annual increment.... no performance review, no appraisal...
