I started here in a much smaller role and have had the opportunity to grow alongside the company over the past two decades. That alone says something. The kind of place where people stick around and build real careers isn’t as common as it should be. The culture has matured significantly over the years. We went through the growing pains that any company does when scaling from a small operation to a 70+ person team, but leadership actually listened and adapted rather than just powering through. The direction we’re heading now, particularly on the technology side, is the most exciting it’s ever been. There’s real investment in innovation, not just talk.

Great culture. I love the people I work with. Leadership team is "down to earth", supportive and I feel like they have a genuine interest in helping me grow professionally.
