Pros
Exposure to large and interesting jobs, some of them international. People generally know what they're doing. Most people are nice.
Cons
People are overworked, with 99% of the overtime not being payed. Poorly organised: no clear standards or procedures leading to additional time being wasted on each job. Some jobs end up below standard due to lack of time.

Able to win some projects from bankers, dealing with nuts and bolts stuff like data centres and warehouses, nothing special except for some reliable cash
Cons
There is actually one benefit of the lockdown this year that we wont have to pretend enjoying the cliquey event at Claridge's. A bit tired of hiring black tire at the last minute last year, then even more tired to hobnob with high profile clients at the scene just to show how good we are at spending design fees. Why didnt we all just enjoy hearty burgers in Croydon high streets? Just be who we are and do what we are best at.
