      Pros

      The people that we work with are all top-tier. There's all the startup perks, free lunch, half-decent benefits, etc. The product that's being built could be incredible.

      Cons

      Management has had little to no executive training. No one in leadership knows how to make a decision, and things are constantly changing. Work-life balance is non-existent. The pay is terrible, and there isn't much opportunity for upward movement.

      some genuinely nice and smart people with tons of industry experience. product vision has potential.

      Cons

      - silo'd, chaotic, poor communication - leadership does not take feedback well - really bad PMs with no ownership - scaled before getting product market fit - a lot of people coasting here, while some teams have no WLB - recruited people telling it's hybrid, then started passive-aggressively telling people to RTO - has all the worst parts of apple, but no pros of apple
