I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Humane (CA) (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
recruiter call + tech screen + panel onsite with multiple managers, fellow engineers, cross-function collaborators. Fairly straightforward though they were slow to prepare offer and discuss salary after I got through all the steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at Humane (CA) (San Francisco, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Recruiter screen - warm, knowledgeable, conversational interview . Hiring manager interview - discussed team, role, her role and vision. 4 panel interviews with two people each panel: focused on specific areas depending on the panel members role.

-- interviewers were ex-apple, ex-meta employees.
-- I felt like some interviewers did not represent Humane culture and showed hung over of the faang culture. (the reason I say this I love watching and reading about the founders, their vision, their soft skills, their passion, their humility)
