Terrible management! Management is extremely rude and very defensive. The DOGS should be terminated and never allowed to hold a management role again. The operation side of the resort is not efficient, as there a lot of extra steps and procedures for no reason. Policy changes daily and is never consistent among management. Also management tends to disappear a lot without informing the team, leaving the team to defend for themselves without leadership to rely on. Human Resources is useless and backs up their terrible management. The company will retaliate against you if you report one of them. HR refused to transfer after reporting the toxic work environment and tried to sweep things under the rug. HR admitted that they knew how unhappy their employees were but won’t do anything about it. High stress, toxic work environment, pay does not match work load. Extremely high turnover in all departments. Save yourself and do not work at Bayside Resort in Panama City Beach FL.

Flexible Hours+ Commision + Hourly. Benifits

Cons

Its stress. Doesn't pay out correctly. You have to make sure they are paying you as they "Deal with internal errors" Management is slow and doesn't want to get with the times. The amount of work to stay a float with decent pay is crazy. Constantly putting employees on pips and then reevaluating the entire sales setup.

Cons

Super Toxic, inmature, unprofessional management. Lots of favoritism lack of integrity and ethic. Most of the management behave and perform againts Hiltons own core values. Retaliation, undermining, devaluing, favoritsm, blame shifting, and lying are common practices from guest services management.
