      Pros

      Direct access to VP of Sales at all hours.

      Cons

      Pricing is 3x all of the competition for the same products. They do not confirm your appointments resulting in 25% no-shows.

      Pros

      Its not cold cold calling..All the leads are warm. They have already been contacted before. The people are GREAT here. No micro management and very POSITIVE manager.

      Cons

      Not a lot of leads to call and compensation is too low for telemarketing- minimum wage plus commission. Don't see commission if you get any for two or more months. so if looking to make a lot of money here you won't but get a nice shift with friendly people . There is a lot of turnover.

      Pros

      The best reason to work there is you get a paycheck every friday, and the company throws you a bone from time to time so you wouldn't complain about where all your sales are at.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges of working for high definition Solar is keeping your mental state positive because you realize that you will not get anywhere with this job. So my advice to most job seekers is to look for a company that is publicly traded so you can invest in your future :-)
