Pros

- Free supervision for your license - Supportive management staff that genuinely cares about you, your well-being and professional development - Your will get plenty of experience working with different types of clients, diagnoses, presentations and completing assessments - TONS of opportunities for professional growth... TONS. - You have the opportunity to have uncapped salary due to the pay structure - You get to create your own schedule and have a lot of autonomy

Cons

- Initially the pay structure can be difficult to understand, but it does make sense after your first paycheck - In-home can be a little lonely because you aren't in the office all of the time. Management encourages clinicians to stop in the office anytime for supervision, to get work done or to hang out

Pros

As a starting position for Bachelor's level? Maybe. Can make your own schedule

Cons

The pay is awful. Master's start at base 24000 a year. The benefits are terrible because they come out every pay period and they're expensive even for just one person. Management honestly eren't qualified for their postions. Not very good leaders for team work and if you need a day off YOU have to find someone to cover your caseload or else it won't be approved. It's flexible at the expense that you end up taking work home. If you have a day off, expect to get emails and phone calls about work. No respect for employees time.

Not worth the pay

Pros

You get to work in the community You are not tied down to the desk High level of independence

Cons

More and more responsibilities without a raise of pay High turnover No milage compensation No compensation for cancelations High chance of burnout due to workload Unethical billing practices No training You have to work around the clients schedule, not vice versa, so there are a lot of late days Assigned service area seems to get bigger and bigger, with no extra compensation Priority to bill is higher than the priority to help clients; clients are signed up for as many services as possible, regardless of actual need Constant fear of insurance company audit
