Pros
You can put it on your CV. I advise this company for people who are struggling with English and need some experience on their CV. It can be a good solution for students who have to do an internship in order to graduate. The culture in the office is usually relaxed and colleagues are friendly.
Cons
I haven't learned anything, just putting potential prospects on their database and writing business emails. No training, no mentoring, no autonomy in project selection. The company is not organized. No career possibilities since the company was formed by the CEO and a marketing/business development manager who was the only official employee. All the others were interns. Furthermore, I initially did many extra hours for nothing.

Entirely unpaid, which is of course a problem. They may also try to get you to make sales calls.
