After an initial online application, I was contacted by a member of the HR team, inviting me to a Skype interview with the hiring manager. Within the next few days, I was asked to attend an in-person interview with the HR manager and the hiring manager. Additionally, I was given a set of questions to answer and asked to prepare a presentation about myself, which needed to be shared with HR prior to the interview. Not long after the second interview, I was offered the internship via email and invited to an orientation session the following week.

Smooth. Applied online and received the response from the HR a couple of days later for scheduling the skype interview with the managing director. The interview was very easy. Questions only on my resume or very general. The second interview was in person at their office with the marketing manager, and it was very easy as well. Both managing director and the marketing manager spent more time talking about the company and its projects than focusing on the interview. There is no pressure, they make you feel comfortable.
