Personal work vehicle. Sick and vacation pay
Cons
During covid they laid most of techs off. They brought back lowest paid and newest techs first. Then they announced if you were out more then 180 days if you came back you lost pay rate and seniority. I would have lost over $4 an hour and 3 weeks vacation that I earned after 7 years of loyalty. Needless to say I didn't return

False promises by management. Low pay at 17.50 when I was there. One of those places where all the management sucks each other off.

Good pay. plenty of work and overtime.

Very bad work life balance. Not their fault. Nature of the work. I could not travel five to six days a week. What is the point of going home 1 day a week.
