Company has a set of rules you are supposed to follow but when you do, your production is so low that they threaten to terminate you. Meanwhile, you are working on energized electric meters. A coworker accidentally fried a bunch of appliances in someone’s house but since he was the managers friend, he wasn’t disciplined You are expected to come in early to load your truck and stay late to unload, yet they don’t want to pay you for it. A friend said this is a wage and hour violation but I never looked into it. Unreasonable quotas set to earn a “production bonus” which no one ever earns. Training is a joke compared to the other companies who are doing this work. Raises are non existent. Call center employees haven’t had a raise in years.

Low pay $10. Job consist of turning off people's electrical for nonpayment, having dogs chase you, working in all kinds of bad weather, confronting not so nice people.

No set rules and no one can give concrete answers when directly asked. Seniority also doesn't count for anything. Also, don't expect to get raises, or reviews.
