Pros

Legitimately none. This is a very scary, terrible place to work. Do not trust the positive reviews. They are fake. If I could give a zero (or negative 100000000000000000+ star review), I would.

Cons

Abusive, mentally damaging, dicatator of a CEO. I am disgusted by the positive, fake reviews that the CEO has forced his contracted, marketing company to write. The CEO abuses everyone in this company. He will drive you to complete disrepair. He may even throw a chair at you (has happened in the past). The mental toll this job will have on you is not worth the low pay. The CEO is completely unstable. Please please do not accept a position with this company. It needs to be absorbed by a larger company or completely dissolved. Again, all positive reviews of this company were paid and are fake. DO NOT WORK HERE. Greenerprinter claims to be a benefit corporation but that is the farthest thing from the truth. There is no dedication to the environment, community, or the workforce at Greenerprinter. If the CEO wasn’t so legitimately scary, all previous employees would have sued. But... in order to avoid any additional mental degradation, we all submit and move on. I am so happy that I will never have to see or interact with such a terrible individual and company, again.

My name is Jeff Cox and I am the current production manager at Greenerprinter. I have been in this role for over 5 ½ years., however this review was posted by someone passing themselves off as myself or our previous production manager David Grant who held the position for 5 years prior to my arrival. The review does not reflect my experiences with Greenerprinter. I’m not sure who the individual is who is posting this review, or their motivation for posing as a manager at Greenerprinter. If anyone wishes to follow-up and confirm this information, or my position at Greenerprinter, I have left my contact information below, and would be more than happy to respond. Pros

Responsive Feedback - Since Greenerprinter is a medium sized / family owned company, it makes it easy to communicate to management and the various departments. Suggestions to improve workflow processes, the internal network, and website are encouraged and acted upon. Friendly Coworkers - You may encounter tense situations but that's just the nature of the industry. For the most part, everyone is really nice but don't trust that they'll be there to hold your hand every step of the way. They're focused on their own stuff so you have to take initiative to resolve issues on your own. Might sound intimidating but you'll be surprised how fast you'll learn.

Cons

Not the most ideal location - be prepared to pack your lunch because there isn't many restaurants nearby. However, there's a cool brewery behind the shop and a taco truck down the street!

Pros

Greenerprinter is a unique, highly progressive small company with a large company feel. The CEO truly cares about all aspects of the organization, from employee workspace and office environment to high quality products, social responsibility and sustainability in all aspects of the Company. He is sincere, honest and forthright in his passion. There is no greenwashing here! As a part of the inside sales team; I was entrusted with the companies clients and had a very tight knit and supportive staff who helped me grow and prosper. The experience of working in a high tech environment with the highest standards was not only a great work experience personally but also allowed me to cultivate more fine-tuned skills and to learn firsthand the challenges of a small organization as unique as Greenerprinter. The Management was always respectable; easy to work with and open to new ideas. If you are an employee who tries to get away with your primary responsibilities or tries to pass off your duties to your fellow co-workers, you will be warned about it (we all know the slackers). You are expected to be a strong part of the team since any weak link can break the momentum of this small company. As employees, we all make mistakes, and the CEO and Management are more than fair if you acknowledge and take responsibility and correct your errors or get help with training. The turnover is not high at all. Most of the skilled people at the company have been there 5+ years and may 10+ years. The only turnover I noticed was in the customer service team, which is normal with younger employees who tend to come and go, or are not ready for the challenges of working hard and don't have professional attendance or basic, good work ethic.

Cons

Greenerprinter has the same challenges of every small company. How to keep costs down while maintaining efficient processes & systems, offering uniquely high quality products, supplier chain paper & quality control, digital and website marketing, all the while keeping highly skilled employees with the company. However, as a small company and limited resources this company excels! Even though I don't work there any longer, they still impress me.
