I started my career in 1994 here and Greenerprinter has blossomed into an amazing force, proving that doing the responsible thing is the right thing. It's a company to be proud of and the culture is invigorating. The first company I've worked for where there are no weak links. Everyone more than pulls their weight and strives for success. A genuine sense of team, people genuinely like and respect each other. Compensation and benefits are great. They reward employees that do a good job and acknowledge hard work. Excellent senior vision, passion and leadership. Extremely cutting edge company with clear business plan for continued success in industry. You continually have the opportunity to learn and grow at Greenerprinter; you can see your results and contribute to the bottom line. The people and culture are like none other and has a set of mutual obligations between the employee and employer that hold accountability on both sides. Positive changes and ideas are encouraged and implemented. Poor ideas, waste and redundancies are eradicated. Innovation and excellence in every component of the work environment is refreshing.

Regardless of which job title you start with, your primary responsibility will be working in Quality Control. Excellence is not just a goal, but a daily reality. Dedication to going the very best every minute is challenging, but rewarding. Not the place for those that are just looking to "go through the motions" of working! Lots of companies try to do things that can make them seem green, like insisting employees put “think twice before printing this email” in their signatures, etc. But at Greenerprinter, being eco-friendly is baked into every aspect of how the company operates. Its passion and commitment to being as green as possible, and using the latest & cleanest technologies available to do so, are what define the organization. I very much enjoyed my time at Greenerprinter. From my earliest days at the company, I demonstrated a strong commitment to the company’s mission and its high standards, earning a high degree of trust and confidence from ownership & management. In return, I was continually rewarded with new learning opportunities which allowed me to grow professionally in ways that simply wouldn’t have been achievable in a larger, more bureaucratic organization. I was afforded a high level of autonomy, but always knew that my successes would be recognized and valued. The work was challenging, and expectations were high, but everyone from management on down was made to feel they had a stake in the company’s success; this made for a work environment that was largely collaborative and supportive. By the time I left, I’d held several different roles within the company and had gained experience, skills and work ethics that serve me well to this day.

The challenges at Greenerprinter are the challenges of the industry in general: Deadlines are tight, and errors can be costly; if you own your mistakes, resolve to improve, and follow through, you will find success. But if you make excuses and cast blame, expect to be called out for it.
