      Pros

      Great team at Graham Associates that care for their employees and are always willing to help wherever they can. Offer technical training by experienced staff and promote career advancement.

      Cons

      Retirement plan does not offer a company match.

      Pros

      Leadership is well established in the community, so there is some built-in credibility working with Graham Associates. Employees at all levels get to work on significant projects while still having a tight-knit team. There is a lot of room for growth, particularly for those who are early in their careers and ambitious to learn.

      Cons

      It seems like some past employees felt they didn't get as much direct contact with the CEO while he was serving as Mayor of Arlington since he wasn't in the office as much, but I have not experienced that since he's been back in the office
