Great Company - Civil Engineer Graham Associates Employee Review

Leadership is well established in the community, so there is some built-in credibility working with Graham Associates. Employees at all levels get to work on significant projects while still having a tight-knit team. There is a lot of room for growth, particularly for those who are early in their careers and ambitious to learn.

It seems like some past employees felt they didn't get as much direct contact with the CEO while he was serving as Mayor of Arlington since he wasn't in the office as much, but I have not experienced that since he's been back in the office

Graham Associates is a family owned business that values their employees and treats them like family. The leadership knows the importance of a healthy work/life balance and provides a flexible work schedule with some remote options. Graham has been recognized for their excellent work on premiere projects like AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, Viridian and Nebraska Furniture Mart.

The only negative I can think of is they need more engineers to meet the demands of the exciting projects they are awarded. Graham is currently seeking to hire to meet the demand.
