      Pros

      Incredible product, smart and mission driven team, leadership is very experienced and has excellent business acumen. Hardware is tough to scale but they are doing it well! And there is good work life balance.

      It’s a startup so it’s very fast paced - great for some, but not the right environment for everyone

      New CEO is changing culture, less mission, manages in public instead of private so everyone can see. Everyone scared of disagreement with him. Hires only men.
