Fui invitada a una entrevista para el puesto de NLP Engineer y me pidieron que enviara mi disponibilidad para una primera entrevista. Respondí con mi disponibilidad, pero lamentablemente nunca recibí ninguna respuesta ni confirmación, a pesar de haber enviado varios correos de seguimiento.

Interview
First round was a 30 min video call with the hiring manager. We went through my resume and discussed if the job would be a good fit. This was followed by a panel presentation and interviews which took about 4 hours. 8 people in the panel. The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Fairly straightforward.

Interview
First I had a standard phone screen with HR. Then HR scheduled me to speak with the hiring manager, who ended up being the wrong person, so they rescheduled me to the correct hiring manager. After that, it was a standard hiring manager screen. Then they sent me a "take home test" for me to write about my strengths and weaknesses. Finally it was panel interview, which I thought went well.
Then silence. I asked about my application and their decision and received no response. They ghosted me after my panel interviews! It seems very unprofessional to not even send a rejection letter.
