1. Flexibility. You can work on campus without the hassle of travelling back and forth. 2. Supportive team. You will learn many skills on the job. Moreover, if you are a peer leader who conducts a session for 40 students, you will learn some valuable skills. 3. Good salary- I worked here till April 2024, and I can assure you, that the salary as compared to other part-time jobs was good. Moreover, you even see some increment after every semester.
