Great colleagues and a chance to build skills/knowledge with hands on-experience. You can move laterally and even teach at the college if you are motivated to challenge yourself. A lot of great leaders who want to implement change.

Great pay pay per hour, but this only reflects in-class time. It's emotionally fulfilling work, the community is great and same-level colleagues are friendly. Benefits are pretty good, too.
