This is a great company to work for. The management at every level is great. They care about their work and employees and that mindset flows throughout the company. The work is interesting and there's always something new to learn. All departments work together creating a true team effort.

I am no longer an employee of Genus Technologies but I can speak to the both the company culture and opportunities Genus Technologies has to offer. I left the company on good terms. Company leadership is top notch; they really care about their employees and take your options and suggestions to heart. Although it may take some time to become conferrable with the Genus team, they are all super smart people who love solving complex problems. Employees are always always happy to help other and eager to learn. The renovated office is fantastic! So much so that it was featured in magazines; all the offices have sit-stand desks. Genus has on onsite Kegerator which is used for Thursday afternoon company wide happy hour; so getting to know your team won’t be a problem.
