This is a great company to work for. The management at every level is great. They care about their work and employees and that mindset flows throughout the company. The work is interesting and there's always something new to learn. All departments work together creating a true team effort.

I have no cons at the moment.

Genus has about twenty local employees and twenty that are distributed nationally and internationally. Its a small company with a relatively horizontal structure that allows for collaboration and growth. Each employee has a voice and is responsible for providing feedback on key issues related to strategy and business development. Management is open to new ideas and values honest input. Genus also hosts events to foster relationship building as well as short seminars aimed at advancing employees' personal and professional development.

I enjoy problem solving and working through situations of ambiguity. Genus' culture favors self-starters with a passion for the complex. Those who are accustomed to working through a defined list of problems within a concrete structure may not be akin to Genus' culture.
