Pros
There are some really smart people in the company. You just need to navigate your way to find them.
Cons
If blaming has a home, you will find them at Genfare. When things do not go as planned, they look for who to blame. Management would not listen to you. They will act as they do, but once you refuse to carry out their shady tricks, you become a target, with different versions of stories that do not add up.
