The culture within the global team is kind and supportive, and people are smart and hardworking. The extent of Generation’s data-driven approach is unique in the sector. Pay is above average for an NGO. Flexible, remote-work culture. Interesting opportunities to engage with international colleagues across the world.

Cons

Limited opportunity for travel and connecting with colleagues in-person. The fast pace and self-driven nature of the work could be a con for some. It’s an NGO with a start-up feel.
