Lots of overtime, lots of travel

nuclear and chemical risks, not enough liberty in manufacturing products, you must follow every rules and you can't do things by yourself, even if you know what you are doing.

Not a lot of room for advancement in my field

International organizational structure can make chain of authority confusing.

The pay was low, with little to no upward mobility.

Management heavy and management makes poor decisions. Resources are poorly allocated. Cross department work is complicated and messy, too many systems. Pay is less than average. Poor employees are retained, good employees are not rewarded.

A little lack of direction some miscommunications

Relatively low income and bonuses.
