Interesting jobs carried out, other staff are easy to get on with, good place to learn new skills (depending on department), company supports training when beneficial, good work/life balance
Cons
Outdated facilities and equipment (however slowly improving), no overtime, some older engineers can be taken advantage of salary wise compared to what new engineers are on, progression is hard/impossible unless you're in the right place at the right time, management is questionable at times
